تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك تطبيق «اجارات» لإدارة العقارات والإيجارات. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنّك توافق عليها.
١) قبول الشروط: استخدامك التطبيق يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصيّة. إن لم توافق فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
٢) طبيعة الخدمة: «اجارات» أداة مساعدة لتنظيم بيانات عقاراتك وإيجاراتك وحساباتها وتذكيراتها. هي أداة تنظيميّة وحسابيّة، وليست استشارة قانونيّة أو محاسبيّة أو ضريبيّة؛ راجِع مختصّاً عند الحاجة لذلك.
٣) حسابك ومسؤوليّتك: أنت مسؤول عن صحّة البيانات التي تُدخلها، وعن سرّيّة بيانات دخولك، وعن كلّ نشاط يجري عبر حسابك. أبلِغنا فوراً عند أيّ استخدام غير مصرّح به.
٤) الاستخدام المقبول: تلتزم باستخدام التطبيق ضمن القانون، وبعدم محاولة اختراقه أو إساءة استخدامه أو رفع محتوى لا تملك حقّه أو ينتهك حقوق غيرك أو خصوصيّتهم.
٥) بياناتك: البيانات التي تُدخلها ملكك وتحت مسؤوليّتك. ننصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطيّة من شاشة «النسخ الاحتياطيّ». تعامُلنا مع بياناتك موضّح في سياسة الخصوصيّة.
٦) الاشتراكات المتجدّدة تلقائيّاً: قد تُتاح باقات مدفوعة على هيئة اشتراكات متجدّدة تلقائيّاً تُشترى عبر App Store. تُعرَض أسعار كلّ باقة ومدّتها داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء. وعند تأكيد الشراء يُخصَم المبلغ من حساب معرّف آبل الخاصّ بك. يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيّاً لمدّةٍ مماثلة ما لم تُوقِف التجديد التلقائيّ قبل نهاية المدّة الجارية بأربعٍ وعشرين ساعة على الأقلّ. ويُخصَم مبلغ التجديد من حسابك خلال الأربع والعشرين ساعة السابقة لنهاية المدّة الجارية. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك أو إيقاف التجديد التلقائيّ بعد الشراء من إعدادات حساب معرّف آبل.
٧) التجربة المجّانيّة: قد تشمل بعض الباقات فترة تجربة مجّانيّة مدّتها أربعة عشر يوماً. وإذا اشتركت في باقةٍ مدفوعة أثناء فترة التجربة فإنّ الجزء غير المستخدَم من التجربة يسقط عند بدء الاشتراك المدفوع.
٨) الأسعار والاستردادات: تُعرَض الأسعار داخل التطبيق بعملة متجرك، وقد تتغيّر مستقبلاً مع إشعارٍ مسبق حسب قواعد المتجر. وتُعالَج طلبات استرداد المدفوعات وفق سياسة آبل المعمول بها في App Store، ولا نتولّى نحن معالجة الاستردادات مباشرةً.
٩) إخلاء الضمان: يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» وبحسب توفّره. نسعى لدقّة الحسابات وثبات الخدمة، لكنّنا لا نضمن خلوّها التامّ من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع، ولا نضمن ملاءمتها لغرض قانونيّ أو ضريبيّ بعينه.
١٠) حدود المسؤوليّة: ضمن ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤوليّة عن أيّ خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعيّة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه. مسؤوليّتك مراجعة أرقامك المهمّة قبل اعتمادها.
١١) الإيقاف والإنهاء: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكامل بياناتك في أيّ وقت من «حذف الحساب» في شاشة «الحساب». ويحقّ لنا إيقاف الحساب الذي يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة.
١٢) القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الدولة التي يقع فيها مقرّ مزوّد الخدمة ويُرجَع إليها عند أيّ نزاع، بما لا يخلّ بحقوقك الإلزاميّة كمستهلك بموجب قوانين بلد إقامتك.
١٣) تعديل الشروط: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطوّر الميزات، وسننشر التاريخ المحدَّث أعلى الصفحة؛ ويُعدّ استمرارك في الاستخدام موافقةً على النسخة المحدَّثة.

الخدمة «كما هي» وحدود المسؤوليّة
تُقدَّم خدمة «اجارات» (التطبيق والموقع الإلكترونيّ) «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها»، دون أيّ ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنيّة. أنت تستخدم الخدمة على مسؤوليّتك الخاصّة.
إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمّل مزوّد الخدمة («اجارات») أيّ مسؤوليّة عن:
• فقدان البيانات أو تلفها أو تعذّر الوصول إليها، لأيّ سبب كان.
• عدم وصول أيّ إشعارات أو تذكيرات أو تنبيهات، أو تأخّرها، أو عدم عملها.
• أيّ أخطاء أو نواقص أو عدم دقّة في الأرقام أو المبالغ أو التواريخ أو الحسابات المعروضة.
• أيّ أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضيّة أو تبعيّة تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذّر استخدامها.
وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن:
• التحقّق من صحّة بياناتك ومراجعتها باستمرار.
• الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطيّة خاصّة بك من بياناتك.
• أيّ قرارات تتّخذها بناءً على المعلومات المعروضة في الخدمة.
باستخدامك الخدمة، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت عليها.

These terms govern your use of the Ajarat app for property and rental management. By using the app you agree to them.
1) Acceptance: using the app means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2) Nature of the service: Ajarat is a tool to help you organize your property and rental data, calculations, and reminders. It is an organizational and calculation tool, not legal, accounting, or tax advice; consult a professional when needed.
3) Your account and responsibility: you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4) Acceptable use: you agree to use the app lawfully, and not to attempt to breach or misuse it, or to upload content you do not have the right to, or that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
5) Your data: the data you enter is yours and your responsibility. We recommend keeping a backup from the Backup screen. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6) Auto-renewable subscriptions: paid plans may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the App Store. The price and duration of each plan are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal after purchase in your Apple ID account settings.
7) Free trial: some plans may include a 14-day free trial. If you buy a subscription during the free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.
8) Prices and refunds: prices are shown in the app in your store’s currency and may change in the future with prior notice per store rules. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable App Store policy; we do not process refunds directly.
9) Disclaimer of warranty: the app is provided “as is” and as available. We aim for accurate calculations and stable service, but we do not guarantee it is entirely free of errors or interruption, nor that it fits a specific legal or tax purpose.
10) Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. It is your responsibility to review important figures before relying on them.
11) Suspension and termination: you can delete your account and all your data at any time via “Delete account” on the Account screen. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or misuses the service.
12) Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, which apply to any dispute, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
13) Changes to terms: we may update these terms as features evolve, and we will post the updated date at the top of the page; continued use is acceptance of the updated version.

"As Is" Service and Limitation of Liability
The Ajarat service (the app and the website) is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider ("Ajarat") shall not be liable for:
• Any loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of data, for any reason.
• Any failure, delay, or non-delivery of notifications, reminders, or alerts.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the figures, amounts, dates, or calculations displayed.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
You are solely responsible for:
• Verifying and continually reviewing the accuracy of your data.
• Maintaining your own backups of your data.
• Any decisions you make based on information shown in the service.
By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
