Delete Your Account & Data (English)

This page applies to the Ajarat property & rental management app (Android package: net.ajarat.app · iOS app id6787096411). You can delete your account and all of your data at any time in either of two ways:

1) In the app (immediate)

Open the app and follow:

After you confirm, your data is deleted from our servers in a cascading deletion: properties, units, contracts, tenants, payments, cheques, expenses, attachments, shares, settings, notification tokens, and the sign-in account itself.

2) By email (if you cannot sign in)

Send a message from the email address registered on the account to:

with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request comes from the account owner, perform the deletion, and confirm by email within 30 days at most (usually much sooner).

What is deleted, and what may remain?

Everything you entered or uploaded is deleted, including stored files and photos. Temporary traces may persist in operational database backups for a limited period and then expire automatically with the backup rotation; they are not used for any other purpose. We do not keep your data after deletion for marketing or analytics.
